I ordered flowers for the marriage proposal, and they gave me good counseling and made it really beautiful. Also, the service of putting little water bottles underneath each flower was really great for keeping the flowers fresher. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!!

Beautiful arrangements at a fair price, AND amazing customer service. The best floral service I've used, and I use them frequently. They sent a group text at delivery (since they had to leave it at the door) with a photo to both me and the person I sent them to, and to flag should they drop at another location. I've never received that level of customer service from start to delivery. Highly recommend

I ordered flowers to be sent to my best friend celebrating her baby's 100th day. Sophia was amazing. Her talent and service is beyond words. She went out of her way to help me put a korean message on ribbons and matched the flowers to my friend's colour scheme. She also agreed to personally deliver the flowers on Sunday when they are not opened. You cannot find someone as detailed, caring, professional and talented as Sophia. She is the best!

I looked for a new florist for my Wife’s birthday and something different. They made a Beautiful arrangement with orchids as the focal point, which my wife loves. We were both very happy with the result also because they lasted 2 ½ weeks. Five Stars !!!

Flowers by Sophia is my favorite flower shop in the Bay Area. This little flower shop has the freshest flowers and house plants. The shop is so clean and vibrant. When I want a special flower arrangement I go to Flowers by Sophia. I just bought my wife roses for our anniversary. My wife was so happy with the beautiful roses. Flowers by Sophia is worth a trip to Sunnyvale.

My brother-in-law actually referred me to this place and I am SO GLAD he did. Flowers by Sophia is a top notch florist for all your floral needs. We used Sophia for my son's first birthday. We needed three arrangements for the ceremony table and dessert table. They were absolutely gorgeous. I like my bouquets simple yet elegant (mostly white) and Sophia delivered on point. Not to mention, the flowers smelled marvelous! The next time I used Sophia was for my friend...a get well bouquet filled with peonies, freesia and white roses. Again, flowers were delivered on time and beautiful as everyone my friend loved the arrangement! Recently, I asked Sophia if they did congratulatory flower wreaths for business openings...whaddyaknkow...of course they did! I ordered on the phone and told Katherine (owner?) I would email her the basic info: type of flowers, color, message, delivery address, etc...it was so simple. My friend (the recipient) sent me a photo and needless to say, I was very happy with the turn out, obviously.

Sophia's went beyond my expectations! Absolutely stunning arrangement - my cousin was overwhelmed with the quality and beauty and SIZE of the arrangement. They had trouble contacting my cousin to deliver and called for instructions and delivered at the neighbor's house. It all worked and they sent a picture of the arrangement to me. They did a fabulous job and I am so grateful for their artistry and caring.
